My Philosophy
I believe that every woman deserves to have a beautiful birth, to be encourage and supported in every step and decision.
A Mother will always remember delivering her babies; it doesn't matter if it is a vaginal birth or by caesarean. You are bringing life into this world it is a MIRACLE.
I want to empower women to embrace how special and unique their birth stories are.

the ones that make my heart glow
I am a passionate Grande Prairie Doula, trained in Birth and Postpartum with DONA International and working towards certification. I believe it takes a village to raise children, so why not start by building your village with a solid foundation through birth support.
I have a blended family with 6 beautiful children. I was a stay at home mom for 10 years then, 7 passion driven years as a Family Support Worker.
I have attended numerous workshops in brain development, attachment, parenting, mental health first aid, sexual abuse prevention, kids and drugs, FASD, ADHD, family violence prevention and many more.
I have a natural calling to support, encourage and strengthen families, embracing how each family is unique and special.
I have partnered with Jenny- The Mama Coach a registered nurse whom provides sleep and breastfeeding support along with her many other talents and education. Together we provide a Prenatal Class like no other! With all the knowledge of a Health professional and all the passion (with tips and tricks) from a doula. This class will leave you well informed and feeling more empowered then ever before about your birth.
